Call it intuition, but the lack of control buttons, lack of RAM, ok browser, chopping interface and "so so" screen shall be the end of this device. I have no doubt in my mind that version 2 or 3 will be completely awesome. That being said, what did you expect for $199.
For $50 more, a Nook Tablet has a better screen, control buttons, reasonable interface, micro SD slot (up to 32GB), speaker and twice the RAM as an iPad2 and Kindle Fire.
